NATALIE SAARI ॐ

Natalie Saari is a registered kinesiologist and yoga therapist, practicing in Kamloops since 2005.  Whether she is working with patients or her students, she uses a kinesiological approach combined with yoga therapeutics. Her creative eye and compassionate heart led her to the creation of Exhale Centre — kinesiology, yoga therapy, meditation and more.. a safe and supportive space for healing and restoration.

Natalie began practicing yoga 20 years ago while studying a degree in Kinesiology & Human Kinetics. At that time, yoga was a means to obtain mindfulness and peace, internally and externally. She later obtained post-graduate certification as a Physiologist, aka Clinical Exercise Specialist, through the American College of Sports Medicine, followed by certification in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the National Institute for Clinical Application of Behavioural Medicine. She has completed numerous yoga trainings, a master teacher training program, and certification through the world renowned International Association of Yoga Therapy (IAYT);  a high-level of dedication and certification in the field of yoga. She has created the TV series - Yoga For Everyday - a physiological and practical approach on yoga and its benefits on physical and mental health; practical tools for everyday people.

For Natalie, karma yoga is essential. The practice of service, helping others in need. Outside of her clinical work, she has devoted herself to creating unique opportunities for all ages and abilities to experience the joys of yoga and music through Yoga and Vibration of Sound, collaborating with artists and musicians at large festivals, special events, workshops and extraordinary retreats worldwide. Natalie is on the board of directors of the non-profit organization Vinyasa Yoga for Youth. With great dedicated to community,  she contributes proceeds from all of her events to this cause, creating yoga for youth and mentorship programs in Kamloops. As a mother of two, she is more passionate than every before about empowering youth to harness their inner potential and live a vibrant authentic life.
